Day 1 - Adelaide
Travel on your luxurious private jet to Adelaide and check-in at the five star Mayfair Hotel.
Tonight enjoy a fun and interactive dinner experience with the group as you cook a three course meal with Chef Callum Hann from Sprout.
Day 3 - Kangaroo Island
This morning it's a short flight on our private jet across to Kangaroo Island. Spend today on a boutique Taste of Kangaroo Island tour, visiting a selection of local small businesses, provedores, distilleries & breweries.
Arrive this afternoon at the stunning 250 acre Sea Dragon Kangaroo Island, with time to relax & explore the lodges grounds, wildlife & secluded beach. Tonight, experience an onsite group dinner celebrating local produce & Kangaroo Island wines.
Day 5 - Coffin Bay
This morning it's back on board our private jet for the short hop across to Port Lincoln - Australia's seafood capital. Today our local partners will host us on a private tour of Coffin Bay including an oyster farm experience, a beautiful lunch at the outstanding 1802 Restaurant and a visit to Boston Bay Winery for an afternoon tasting.
This evening will be a dinner to remember, with an incredible private dining experience in the home of a local chef and seafood master Kris Bunder.
Day 7 - Mildura
Our luxury jet takes us to Mildura this morning for a day of cruising on the mighty Murray River. Step on board Boatel - the rivers most luxurious house boat, relax and experience the sites and sounds of the iconic river with a local guide to share all the stories of this incredible waterway. Listen to live music from an award winning country music performer and indulge on morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea prepared onboard by Boatel's private chefs celebrating the beautiful fresh produce from the Mildura region. Celebrate the last day of the tour with matching local wines introduced by the winemaker. Stop along the way at a local winery to visit the cellar door. What a way to finish off the tour before our private jet takes you back home in style.
Day 2 - Barossa Valley
Venture to the world renowned Barossa Valley for a very special private tour. Highlights include an exclusive farm/wine experience at Hutton Vale Farm with the Angas family. Indulge in a privately curated multi-course lunch matched to estate wines with a boutique winemaker and chef. After lunch visit
Seppeltsfield for a A Taste Your Birth Year experience where you'll get to try a wine from your birth year drawn directly from the barrel.
We know wine tasting days are long so tonight relax over a light dinner at the Mayfair Hotel.
Day 4 -Kangaroo Island
Spend today exploring beautiful Kangaroo Island on a full day nature tour.
On our private tour visit Seal Bay Conservation Park, Flinders Chase National Park including Remarkable Rocks, Cape Du Couedic Lighthouse, Weirs Cove and Admirals Arch taking in the sites and meeting the Islands wildlife.
Tonight we visit one of the islands best known wineries for dinner and wine tasting.
Day 6 - Port Lincoln
Port Lincoln is more than a fishinh town, it's surrounded by some of the countries most picturesque local sites and wildlife. Today we explore the region, stopping for a cheeky Fish n' Chips lunch along the way. This afternoon view the Southern Australia sunset from Wanna Beach lookout., set-up just for our group with local wines and canapes. Once the sun goes down our last dinner of the tour is at Line & Label with matching Peter Teakle wines.
