Tour Itinerary

Our tour offers the perfect balance between viewing the stunning scenery and wildlife that South Australia has to offer and of course experiencing some of Australia's very best food and wine.

We work with our carefully selected tour partners in each location to build bespoke tours you just can't find anywhere else. All of our tours are privately operated for our group in small vehicles so you have lots of opportunity to interact with our local guides.

Day 1 - Adelaide

Travel on your luxurious private jet to Adelaide, check-in at the five star Mayfair Hotel.

Tonight enjoy a fun and interactive dinner experience as you cook a three course meal with Chef Callum Hann from Sprout.

Day 3 - Kangaroo Island

This morning it's a short flight on our private jet across to Kangaroo Island. Spend the day seeing the stunning scenery and wildlife along with visiting a local winery and distillery.

Tonight, stay in beautiful accommodation at the 250 acre Sea Dragon Lodge & Villas including an onsite group dinner celebrating local produce & Kangaroo Island wines.

Day 5 - Coffin Bay

Today our local partners will host us on a private tour of Coffin Bay including an oyster farm experience, a beautiful lunch at the outstanding 1802 Restaurant and a visit to Boston Bay Winery for an afternoon tasting.

This evening will be a dinner to remember, with an incredible private dining experience in the home of a local chef Kris Bunder.

Day 7 - Mildura

Our luxury jet takes us to Mildura this morning for a day of cruising on the mighty Murray River. Onboard our private boat, relax and experience the sites and sounds of the iconic river with a local guide to share all the stories of this incredible waterway. Listen to live music from an award winning country music performer and indulge on morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea prepared onboard by our private chefs celebrating the beautiful fresh produce from the Mildura region along with matching local wines introduced by the winemaker. Stop along the way at a celebrated winery to visit the cellar door. What a way to finish off the tour before our private jet takes you back home in style.

Day 2 - Barossa Valley

Venture to the world renowned Barossa Valley for a very special private tour. Highlights include an exclusive farm & wine experience, indulgent lunch and the very unique opportunity to taste a wine from your birth year.

After a busy day, relax over a specially prepared group dinner by the Mayfair Hotel's Executive Chef.

Day 4 -Kangaroo Is & Port Lincoln

Spend the day on a foodie adventure across Kangaroo Island, experiencing the diverse range of locally produced foods.

This afternoon it's back on board our private jet for the short hop across to Port Lincoln - Australia's seafood capital.

After checking in to your luxury ocean view suite at the Port Lincoln Hotel, dinner this evening will be at the award winning Del Giorno's restaurant to experience a special selection of local seafood.

Day 6 - Port Lincoln

Tour the Port Lincoln region today, taking in the picturesque local sites and wildlife - you'll even have the chance to cuddle a Koala. This afternoon watch the sunset from a stunning beach lookout while enjoying local wines and canapes. Dinner tonight is at Line & Label with matching Peter Teakle wines.
